The Medicall emergency call centre has been serving people around the clock since 1986 – and answers over 120,000 calls annually. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Medicall is a subsidiary of Helvetia.
Swisscom contributes its many years of experience as a personal alarm unit operator and modern alarm units. Together, this ensures that the alarms reliably reach the call centre and that people are precisely located. Our product range is primarily directed at senior citizens. But SmartLife Care is also available for outpatient care and for people with fragile health, such as people with chronic illnesses and people recently released from the hospital.
Daily from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm.
