Securitas Intervention

On-site assistance when family members or neighbors are unavailable

This supplementary subscription provides the assurance that someone will always rush to your aid in the event of an emergency call. Sometimes family members and acquaintances cannot arrive on the scene in a timely manner, and a doctor or paramedic is not required. This supplementary subscription covers that gap.

Services

• Non-medical first aid throughout Switzerland provided by Securitas
• On-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Securitas arrives at the scene to assist the person in need within an average of 25 minutes

Costs

• Securitas intervention subscription fee: CHF 39 per month
• One-time setup fee: CHF 99
• Response costs range from CHF 117 to CHF 325 depending on the location, including a 20-minute on-site presence
• Each additional hour on site: CHF 80

Requirements

• Access to the residence via a key in a key safe
• “Comfort” or “Professional” emergency call subscription (with emergency call center)

You can sign up for the additional “Securitas” subscription after receiving the emergency call device, during the registration process. It is managed and billed separately from the emergency call subscription. Our customer service team will contact you once we receive your order. The storage location and code for your key box are kept on file with us and will only be disclosed to the Securitas employee at your location in the event of an emergency call.
