In the Customer Center, you can change your contacts, update your personal information and settings, or activate additional services at any time.
Set up your emergency device
Step 1: Connect the device
- Plug your emergency device into a power source.
Step 2: Register the device
- Go to the Customer Center website and register your emergency device online.
- Select the subscription plan you want.
- Enter your personal emergency contacts.
Your emergency device is now ready for use. We automatically monitor its functionality 24/7.
You can also register your emergency device by mail using the enclosed card. Or register your emergency device by phone. You can reach us at the number shown here.
Step 3: Test the device
- Trigger a test alarm to verify that the registration was successful.
