The Basic Subscription in Detail
With the push of a button, you’ll be connected to your first personal contact. If no one answers, the system will move on to the next contact from a list of up to 10. This process repeats up to 5 times. If no one can be reached, all registered contacts will receive a text message or email notifying them that an alarm has been triggered.
Who is this subscription for?
- For people with relatives who can be on the scene quickly and reliably in an emergency.
- At least 3 contacts must be listed for the subscription to provide reliable assistance.
Comfort Subscription
Alerts family members first, then the emergency call center
41.–
The “Comfort” subscription in detail
At the push of a button, you’ll be connected to your first personal contact. Your emergency device dials the numbers of all your personal contacts one after another. If no one answers, the 24-hour emergency call center is then alerted.
- You’re fully protected: If none of your saved contacts can be reached, the emergency call center will respond.
- Since one of your saved contacts may not answer immediately, it may take a few minutes before the emergency call center finally responds.
Who is this subscription for?
- For people who, in an emergency, would prefer to alert their family members first – but don’t want to forgo the security of a professional emergency call center.
- At least 3 contacts must be provided so that the subscription can offer reliable assistance.
Professional Subscription
The emergency call center is alerted immediately
49.–
The Professional Plan in Detail
With the push of a button, you’ll be immediately connected to our 24-hour emergency call center, 365 days a year. The call center will discuss with you what kind of assistance is needed.
