We have been a proud partner of Spitex Switzerland since 2018, and we are pleased to have expanded this partnership in 2024. Spitex clients can, in consultation with their assigned Spitex specialist, register their Spitex organization’s emergency number if they wish.
Spitex organizations also have the option to offer the emergency call service as their own service and integrate it into their service portfolio. In doing so, we support Spitex organizations in expanding their offerings and ensuring the safety of their clients. The SmartLife Care emergency call system helps reduce the time spent lying on the ground after a fall, thereby drastically minimizing the resulting medical consequences.
After all, Spitex and SmartLife Care share a common goal: to enable all seniors in Switzerland to live independently at home for as long as possible.
