The additional subscription to the intervention service gives you the peace of mind of knowing that if you make an emergency call, someone will come to your aid as quickly as possible. Sometimes, family members and friends are not able to get to you within a reasonable time frame, nor is a doctor or paramedic required. This gap is filled by the additional subscription to the intervention service provided by Securitas.
Your subscription to the intervention service is only fully completed when you have received the emergency call device and registered it. It is managed and charged separately to your emergency call subscription. Our customer services department will contact you once we receive your order. The location and code for your key box will be stored by us and only given to the Securitas employee if they have to come to your home in response to an emergency call.
