Our emergency call centre is there to help, day or night, 365 days a year. If an emergency occurs, we immediately initiate all necessary steps – efficiently, professionally and exactly as agreed with you. Our specialists handle over 120,000 personal emergency calls annually.

What happens in an emergency 

  • You press the personal alarm pendant and trigger the emergency call – we’re contacted immediately and can see who’s calling with the incoming signal.
  • The call centre talks to you about what type of help is required.
  • Depending on your wishes, a relative or neighbour can be notified – or professional help provided if necessary. We’ll stay on the line until help arrives.

Our assistance is personal. But we always ensure that someone will visit you personally whenever needed, even if you can’t speak.  The call centre is operated by Medicall, the leading Swiss provider of emergency call services. Over 70 trained specialists ensure the highest-quality service to meet customers’ needs.
